Removing 'dump' option on skinned items.

Thanks for flagging this. A piece wearing a skin no longer shows Dump. The skin used to be scrapped along with the piece and there was no way to dump it by itself, so you're right that nobody would want that. Remove the skin first if you really do want to scrap the piece underneath. Swag already couldn't be dumped.
It's live now. On the website you have it already. On the Android app, install the newest build from the Android Test Client post.
