Good call, this is in. Shield Charge now sits right under Attack, with Throw a Net below it, so a press that misses Attack costs you a cooldown instead of a net. Throw a Fire Bomb moved below Shield Charge too, for the same reason.
It works this way on a creature's menu and on a player's. On the phone app it needs the latest build from the Android Test Client post.
