After I denied passage I also  noticed they were on my friends list. Probably should have it so when someone becomes enemy it removes them from friends list and also from being able to request passage.</p>

You're right, and I found why it happened.</p>
<p dir="auto">An earlier update made marking a friend as an enemy end the friendship, but it only did that at the moment you pressed Mark Enemy. Anyone who was already on both lists stayed on both. Getting put on someone's Enemy list by attacking their stuff didn't end the friendship either.</p>
<p dir="auto">This is fixed now:</p>
<ul>
<li>Ending up on someone's Enemy list ends the friendship for both players, whether you marked them yourself or they attacked or raided your things. Both players get a message.</li>
<li>Anyone who was still on both lists has been taken off the Friends list.</li>
<li>Someone on your Enemy list can no longer ask for access to your private holdings.</li>
