Died by spider, ehen i re-entered the spiders were gone and was unable to go on to tue next room.
Git the message that i had to kill all monsters to progress.

Confirmed and fixed for the next update. When you died, the Spider that killed you ran into the room's wall, where you couldn't see it, and stayed there doing nothing. It was still alive, so the way on stayed shut. Creatures in the Sewer no longer run off when you die, so the one that killed you will be waiting where the fight was when you come back.
